Math Made Easy is a free math website built by a team of math teachers for students in Grades 6 to 12. Our lessons, worksheets, tests and quizzes follow the Common Core State Standards and the College Board AP course frameworks, and Mathbot, a friendly blue robot coach, walks learners through every chapter.
How the content is made
- A teacher drafts each lesson around one chapter and one set of standards.
- A second teacher solves every worksheet and test problem independently and compares results against the answer key.
- Scoring guides are written last, so points match the steps students actually show.
The site covers nine levels, from Grade 6 through AP Statistics, with 155 chapters in all. Each chapter offers the same four resources, which keeps the learning path predictable from one level to the next.
We aim for plain explanations, real problem contexts and answers that show the reasoning, not just the final number.
About Math Made Easy: frequently asked questions
Who is behind Math Made Easy?
Math Made Easy is written and reviewed by a team of math teachers. We keep the site free so any student, parent or teacher can use it.
How is the content checked?
Every answer is checked a second time before publishing, numbers are recomputed, and the answer keys and scoring guides are compared against those checks. Reported errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed.
Which standards does the site follow?
Grades 6 to 8, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 and Precalculus follow the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics where they apply. AP Calculus AB and AP Statistics follow the College Board AP course frameworks.
What does Mathbot do?
Mathbot is our blue robot coach. It introduces each lesson, flags the key idea and the most common mistake, and suggests the next resource to try.
Why are answer keys on separate pages?
Keeping each key on its own page lets students finish a worksheet or test before looking. It also lets teachers print the problems without the answers.
